Strength
Railing frames are made with 2" diameter 316 stainless steel tubing. All connecting joints are made using investment cast 316 stainless steel that are precision machined.

Flexibility
Adjustable fittings adapt to fit ramp and stairway angles. Radius installations are easy using offset dovetail fittings.

Maintenance Free
Marine grade 316 stainless steel alloy withstands even the harshest environment. Unaffected by sun (unlike vinyl systems) and corrosion resistant for years of enjoyment.

Stainless Picket Railing
Vertical stainless steel balusters and pre-drilled horizontal rails combine to produce a clean, contemporary look. Popular picket style now available with the beauty of stain less steel. System is precision machined from 2" tubing with 1/2" balusters on 4" centers. Strong, safe, and absolutely maintenance free railing style.

Stainless Cable Railing
Suncor has made stainless cable railing systems simple. Mechanical swaging technique creating beautiful cable railing is now easy. Vertical cable is shipped ready to install, tubing comes with threaded inserts pre-installed for fast, easy construction.

RailEasy™ Turnbuckles
New, patented stainless steel turnbuckles feature mechanical swaging capability. Turnbuckle provides both clamping and tensioning of wire. Unique design is universal, no right hand vs. left hand to worry about. Slotted base is capable of angles up to 45 degrees. Fits 5/32" stainless steel wire rope and attaches to termination points using stainless screws. Two different base options are available, flat or radius. Radius base fits 2" diameter posts.

MicroStar™ LED Lighting
MicroStar LED Lighting MicroStarTM from Suncor is a complete line of small, super bright white LED’s. Available in both 12v and 24v systems. MicroStarTM LED’s are completely water proof and encased in 316 stainless housings, which stand up to the most demanding indoor/outdoor environments. Ideal for underwater use or emergency backup lighting applications. Also great for decks, docks, stairs, walkways, kitchens, aquariums, fountains or anywhere you need light. Light without heat.

The small size and easy installation allow endless design applications.
Measuring only 1/4" diameter and 7/8" in length, these units can fit almost anywhere with ease. MicroStar™ systems can be powered by solar, battery, generator or 110v with converter. Control can be either timer, relay or switch. Low voltage wiring is inexpensive and can be used anywhere.
