Robert Abbott, Tillsonburg, Ontario, President, Otter Creek
Robert brings 25 years experience in the Wholesale Lumber and Specialty Building Materials Industry. Mr. Abbott has a specialty degree from Mississippi State University in Wood Technology and Sir Sanford Fleming College in Lumber Drying and Grading. Robert is actively involved on the Tillsonburg Chamber of Commerce Board and is past Chairman of the Board of Norfolk Mutual Insurance Company. His hobbies are following his favorite Pro Sport teams such as his beloved Pittsburg Steelers.

Kim Carson is our Office Manager and she takes great pride in providing excellent customer service while helping our customers answer any questions they may have. Kim also assists with inside sales and logistics at Otter Creek and she enjoys chatting with our customers and helping them to find the products that meet their needs. Some of Kim’s social activities include coaching her son’s minor ball team and sitting on the Executive for the local minor ball club.

Mike is responsible for internal head office sales and overseeing the development of Otter Creek’s retail customer division. Mike brings with him many years experience in the automotive sector where his responsibilities included operational efficiencies. His strengths in this field will be a great asset in assisting Otter Creek and its retail customers with options in regards to inventory management and product attributes.
